Art

The Art team creates and maintains Rec Room's visual identity and aesthetic. An artist at Rec Room gets to work broadly across many disciplines.

The team’s mission is to use data to be an advocate for our players. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our ecosystem and user behavioral patterns to help us stay focused on building the platform that players want.

The Economy team is focused on bringing money in from players, paying money out to players, and all the steps in between. We work with the art team to design all the items we sell to players.

The Finance team is responsible for our financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, cash flow, treasury management, tax reporting, internal controls, and the annual audit.

The Infrastructure team is in charge of proactively building and implementing services to make RecRoom teams better at their jobs. This includes infrastructure automation, monitoring and alerting, security, and IT support.

The Multiplayer team builds the real time network underpinnings that allow the Rec Room multiplayer experience to be a believable, stable, and scalable simulation for our players around the world. We work at multiple levels, from low level networking code and distributed state replication to orchestrating live 24/7 backend game services across the globe.
