Creator Support for the Room Rewards program has moved to Zendesk.

For Room Rewards specific inquiries, please submit a ticket through by choosing "Purchasing and Tokens" from the drop-down menu and then choosing "Room Rewards Program" from the "Token Category" field.

For all other inquiries regarding your account or in-game experience, please use this link to submit a ticket through the most relevant category in the drop-down menu.
