ROOM CURRENCY PRICING CALCULATOR

You might know how to price your Room Purchasables (Room Consumables and Room Keys) with tokens, but how should you price them if you’re selling them with your own Room Currency? This calculator helps you determine the token value of your Room Currency to help you set prices to make sure you’re getting the most earnings from your Currency Packages.

 

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Type in the Room Currency amounts and Token prices for each of your Currency Packages.

  2. Type in the Daily Limit of Room Currency that users can receive for free

  3. Type in the Token price you’d like your Purchasable to be at

  4. Press the Calculate button

  5. You’ll see the ratio of Room Currency to Tokens for each of your Currency Packages

  6. You’ll also see the Working Ratio, which takes the highest ratio that users can purchase from your Currency Packages and adds the Daily Limit of free currency they can receive

  7. Finally, you’ll get the Room Currency equivalent to the Token price for your Room Purchasable

 

TIPS

  1. Make sure your Currency Package Ratio increases as the Token price increases

  2. Keep your Daily Limit at a level that is actually obtainable (don’t just put a super high number that users can’t actually obtain)

  3. Keep your Daily Limit within 100-200 tokens worth of Room Currency (similar to RROs)

  4. You can calculate the Token value of your Daily Limit by taking your Daily Limit and dividing it by the Working Ratio

  5. It’s important to use the best possible value (Working Ratio) when setting your prices to make sure you’re not giving too much away for free and losing out on potential earnings
